1.3 Million American Jobs Lost to Bidenomics…in August Alone

In August, more than 1.3 million native-born Americans lost their jobs, while non-citizens saw all the gains, continuing a troubling trend under the Biden administration. According to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, charted by Zero Hedge, a staggering 1.325 million jobs vanished for native-born Americans last month. Meanwhile, foreign-born workers saw their numbers swell by 635,000. If this doesn’t scream “America Last,” I don’t know what does.

This isn’t just a one-off either; it’s part of a six-year pattern where native-born Americans consistently lose jobs, and non-citizens happily scoop them up. But here’s the kicker—under the Biden-Harris administration, this trend has only accelerated. Relaxed immigration policies have opened the floodgates, and the gap between native and foreign-born job creation is widening at a rapid pace. Take a look at the data, and you’ll see a clear shift since Biden took office in January 2021. Under Trump, the numbers for native vs. foreign-born job growth were at least comparable. But under Biden? It’s like the jobs for native-born Americans have completely evaporated.

What’s even more alarming is that, since July 2018, the net number of jobs created for native-born Americans has been a big fat zero. That’s right—zero. Let that sink in for a second. As the so-called Biden economic “recovery” pushes forward, it seems like the only ones recovering are those coming from overseas, while millions of Americans continue to struggle.

And it gets worse. It’s not just that immigrants are taking the lion’s share of new jobs, but the total number of full-time positions is actually shrinking. Over the past year, more than 1.6 million full-time jobs have disappeared, leaving countless Americans in the lurch, scrambling to make ends meet. At this point, finding a decent full-time job is like finding a needle in a haystack—if that needle was also being handed over to someone who just arrived in the country.

So here we are, with millions of native-born Americans watching job opportunities slip through their fingers while the Biden administration continues to prioritize anyone but them. If this is the “Build Back Better” plan, it’s no wonder so many Americans are starting to question who exactly Biden and his team are building back for.
